Would you like to learn more about our PYP Programme and its key themes? Jen Liddington hosted the first PYP Parent Power Session Workshop on October 24th. The session introduced the foundations of our Programme of Inquiry, including transdisciplinary learning, the Learner Profile, the Approaches to Learning, and our PYP goals for the year.

At Aspen Elementary, the Principal and Assistant Principal work together to create a safe, welcoming, and engaging learning environment for every student. We support students by ensuring high-quality teaching, promoting the IB Learner Profile, and fostering a positive school culture. We work closely with families, teachers, and community partners to address academic, social, and emotional needs, celebrate student successes, and keep communication open. Our shared goal is to help every child feel valued, supported, and ready to thrive. Jen will guide the school through the Transdisciplinary Themes of our Units of Inquiry within the Primary Years Programme (PYP) Program of Inquiry (POI). Each grade level will explore these themes in unique ways and show their learning through meaningful student action.
